Day 2: Gila River Field Trips ($35)

• Tour 3-4 Ecological/Habitat enhancement sites along the Gila River.
• Learn from the experts about the treatment methods and best management practices of their ecological/habitat enhancement methods along the Gila River.
• View first-hand the restoration enhancement stages by visiting projects at the beginning stages-completed projects.
• Include monitoring methods and measuring successes.

Continuing Education Unit topics include pesticide safety, ecological restoration/habitat enhancement, best management practices for managing Tamarisk, Stinknet, and many other Arizona invasive species, monitoring methods.
